Korey Korfiatis, CEO
korey(at)saggezzacreative.com
He is the whole-hearted, courageous visionary mastermind behind this whole crazy, creative crew.
Korey, Saggezza’s fearless CEO, began pursuing his dream of leading a creative marketing team seven years ago while working out of his basement and holding his 4-day-old son. His humble beginnings have equipped him with a special empathy and compassion for business owners that is rarely preserved in today’s marketplace. This, along with his logical, creative sense in overcoming each obstacle he’s faced along the way, give business owners every reason to trust Korey’s advice. He is genuinely focused on one thing and one thing only: making our clients successful.

Shon Dempsey, Designer/Technical Director
shon(at)saggezzacreative.com
He sports piercings and black t-shirts on the outside, heart of gold on the inside.
Shon, our Technical Director/Senior Designer/Go-To Guru, is “loyal as the day is long,” momma’s might say. He has stood by our leader through thick and thin over the last four years, and along the way, has earned Saggezza some local and nationally-recognized design awards. They include two Awards of Distinction for his design work for St. Laurent and Dr. Okamura from The Communicator Awards, only the largest international awards program for Communications Professionals in the WORLD, and two awards for his hot Firefly design, including Best Business Logo Award (Wenatchee Business Journal) and the Gold Award (Marcom Creative Awards).
His quiet, committed attitude and loud design style makes the rest of us want to jump up and say, “Shon? YOU are the GREATEST!” Though, we never really have done this…as far as you know.

Jamie Huber, Account Executive

She’s sweet and spice; naughty and nice.
Jamie, our Account Manager, has the mind of a businesswoman and the heart of a (soon-to-be) mother. When she’s in work mode, she is 100 percent dedicated to her client’s complete satisfaction. When she’s in play mode, she’s running to Vegas to grab that must-have designer purse with her girlfriends. When it comes to developing an image, her no-compromise taste for quality and excellence makes her a business owner’s best friend.

Lars Ringsrud, Creative Director
lars(at)saggezzacreative.com
If he had it his way, he’d be skiing the pow all day. But with bills to pay, he keeps his nose to the grindstone, and designs too, by the way…
Lars, our Creative Director, is an inspired visionary genius, to put it modestly. His discerning designer eye cuts through visual noise like a hot knife through budda. His expressive, personalized style and acute appreciation for one’s personality invades everything about him, from his rolled-up pant leg to his diehard bicycle riding in the wintertime. He applies this same attitude when getting to know our client’s personalities, making client’s designs as personalized as his favorite quirky t-shirt.

Pauline adds a new flavor to our creative team. With a variety of unique, real-world experiences under her belt—including working at a Christian youth hostel in Amsterdam, Holland, and as a Resident Assistant/English tutor at a private Japanese ladies college—she has recently returned to Central Washington to be closer to family.
After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Eastern Washington University, along with a minor in Sociology, she spent time in the broadcast media industry working as an Account Executive for Pamplin Communications in Spokane, and as an Account Executive for Icicle Broadcasting.
Pauline has a talent for digging deep to uncover the true essence of her clients. Once discovered, she creatively and effectively amplifies that essence through elegant marketing campaigns.
